A boy was shy with dreams unbound
Going away from home, pretended to be profound
A few friends around, no jeer and smirk
Going all the way down south for training and work
The day was heavy and the night was dull
The boy was sad but kept still
Kept telling himself, it’ll be dawn someday
Don't lose your cool, he’ll pave the way
Day came, he landed, it was a new world
Different thoughts different likes, he felt absurd
A few days passed and a girl came in
Brought life with her and colors to fill in
This boy was awed and stared for long
When gained conscience pretended to be strong
With courage gained in the boy approached
His first words were-"let your hairs loose"
The girl was shocked as if pinched with a stub
She said she was the teacher and will take it up
The boy was giggling but kept his calm
His brazenness paid off, was it a fluke or the charm
The boy was back and the girl was the saver
They became acquaintances then friends forever
